Indicator Fuses

Description

Littelfuse's patented Indicator window provides instant blown fuse identification, which reduces trouleshooting time and minimizes costly downtime and saves money. Indicator fuses are available for the following fuse types:
  • Class J
  • Class RK1
  • Class RK5

Features and Benefits

  • Reduce Downtime - The Indicating window immediately identifies the open fuse. If the indicating strip is black, the fuse has opened. It is that simple. Maintenance personnel can immediately locate and replace the open fuse.
  • Reduce Fuse Inventory - The superior performance of Littelfuse Indicator fuses allows them to be used in a variety of applications, decreasing fuse inventory.
  • Reduce Nuisance Opening - Indicator fuses have superior time-delay and cycling characteristics which can lengthen fuse life and decrease needless opening.
  • Reduce Equipment Damage - Littelfuse Indicator fuses provide superior overload and short-circuit protection that can reduce equipment damage and the costs associated with it.
  • Reduce Accidents - Indicator fuses improve safety by minimizing exposure to live circuits. Unlike other forms of blown fuse indication, it doesn’t matter if the power is on or off. No second guessing whether a light means a fuse is good or bad, and no current going across a blown fuse to power a lighted accessory.
