Products
ACCEL manufactures advanced electromechanical products, primarily sensors and switches used in the automotive industry. Its products are grouped into four main categories: solar sensors, belt-buckle switches, water in fuel sensors and steering wheel switches.

The acquisition extends the Littelfuse automotive product portfolio into the rapidly-expanding global automobile sensors market. ACCEL’s solid pipeline of new products and strong relationships with OEM and Tier 1 automotive customers around the world provide excellent growth opportunities for Littelfuse. Additionally, ACCEL’s facility in Kaunas, Lithuania, provides a low-cost manufacturing base in Eastern Europe.
