Littelfuse LT Implements Project Financed by European Union Structural Funds

Littelfuse LT is currently implementing the “Improvement of Professional Skills of the Employees of Littelfuse LT” project under the measure No. 09.4.3-ESFA-T-846 – Training for the employees of foreign investors financed by the European Union Structural Funds. Project duration is 36 months. 

The aim of the project is to strengthen the professional skills of Littelfuse LT employees. During the implementation of the project the functional knowledge of the employees will improve the quality of the products created by the company and create conditions for expert competence development which will enable employees to receive higher remuneration and create additional opportunities for the company. 

High competence of the employees will determine the competitive advantage of the company and create preconditions for new partnerships of the company and cooperation with companies operating in other sectors. High value-added employees will contribute to the growth of the company's turnover and development of services. This will have a positive impact on the growth of the sector represented by the company, its partners and the whole economy of Lithuania. It is planned that at least 700 people will be trained after the implementation of the project. The project budget is EUR 902,433.70, of which EUR 451,216.85 come from the EU Structural Funds.

Littelfuse LT Įgyvendina projektą Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų lėšomis

Littelfuse LT, UAB įgyvendina 36 mėn. trukmės projektą „Littelfuse LT, UAB darbuotojų profesinių įgūdžių tobulinimas“ pagal priemonę Nr. 09.4.3-ESFA-T-846 Mokymai užsienio investuotojų darbuotojams, finansuojamą Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų lėšomis.

Projekto tikslas – sustiprinti Littelfuse LT, UAB darbuotojų profesinius gebėjimus gamybos kūrimo srityje. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu sustiprintos funkcinės darbuotojų žinios leis pagerinti įmonės kuriamų produktų kokybę, sudarys sąlygas darbuotojų ekspertinės kompetencijos augimui, tai sudarys sąlygas darbuotojams gauti aukštesnį atlygį, įmonei atsivers papildomos galimybės naujų produktų ir paslaugų plėtrai.

Aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija sąlygos įmonės konkurencinį pranašumą, tai skatins sveiką konkurenciją įmonės atstovaujamame sektoriuje, bus sukurtos prielaidos naujoms įmonės partnerystėms ir bendradarbiavimui su kituose sektoriuose veikiančiomis įmonėmis. Aukštą pridėtinę vertę kuriantys darbuotojai prisidės prie įmonės apyvartos didėjimo, paslaugų plėtros. Tai turės teigiamos įtakos tiek įmonės atstovaujamo sektoriaus, tiek įmonės partnerių, tiek visos Lietuvos ekonomikos augimui.
Planuojama, kad įgyvendinus projektą, bus apmokyta ne mažiau kaip 700 asmenų. Projekto biudžetas – 902.433,70 EUR, iš kurių 451.216,85 EUR sudaro ES struktūrinių fondų lėšos.
