Protection Application:

Microprocessor-controlled battery charger adapted for variable input from PV Array. Prevents overcharging of battery. Threats include power line surges, lighting on PV Array Input, improper connections throughout.

Solution Description:

AC Input: Normal Fuse/MOV. SMPS: TVS on DC output. PV Array Input and Batter Charge Output:FKS (164.6185 Series) up to 40 Amps, TOE MAXI (142.6885 Series) up to 80 Amps & TVS.

Companion Solutions:

Jcase Fuse could be used for current from 20A to 60A for voltage up to 50VDC
