RISE - Engineering Development Program for the Next Generation of Leaders
The mission of RISE is to accelerate learning and the development of knowledge and skills through experiences at Littelfuse to find the best fit for the individual and the organization, as well as find new and innovative solutions that help empower a sustainable, connected, and safer world.
The Littelfuse RISE Program is looking for recent college/university graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) to join our fast-paced, customer-focused organization and contribute to a culture of teamwork and innovation.
RISE gives college/university graduates the opportunity to rotate through a series of developmental assignments approximately 6-8 months each for a period of 18-24 months, acquiring essential skills and knowledge along the way.
