– Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS:LFUS) announced the introduction of the SP3010 Series today, a four channel diode array packaged in a 2.5x1.0x0.5mm µDFN-10.
The SP3010 presents an extremely low parasitic capacitance of only 0.45pF while providing ESD protection at the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge).
It is particularly suitable for electronic devices that use USB 3.0 and HDMI 1.4 such as set top boxes, LCD/PDP TV’s, external hard disk drives, notebooks, desktops, and smart phones. Furthermore, the SP3010 offers best in class ESD clamping due to its low dynamic resistance of only 1.5Ω.
