Electrical Safety Training
The POWR-GARD Services group believes in taking an active role in educating you, our customers, and electrical workers by providing safety solutions with on-site and online training. POWR-GARD Services electrical safety trainers have over 100 years of combined experience and have been trained by OSHA, NFPA, IEEE, and other electrical safety organizations.
POWR-GARD Services offers a variety of courses on all aspects of electrical safety, including basic electrical safety and hazard awareness, OSHA compliance, NFPA 70E and CSA-Z462 requirements, Arc-Flash safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hazard mitigation, Lockout / Tagout, 10/30 Hour OSHA General Industry Safety Training, proper grounding methods, improving SCCR, improving Selective Coordination, and basic fuse application.
POWR-GARD Services training courses are available on-site at your facility, online or at nearby locations. Course content can include copies of training materials, safety manuals, job aides and technical material handouts, safety DVDs and videos, worker testing and personalized certificates of completion.
