The Littelfuse 328 Series High Surge Fuse is a 300VAC-rated, 10kA surge withstanding, compact ceramic fuse, designed in accordance with the UL248-14 Standard. It provides short-circuit and overload protection for surge protection devices (SPDs) and luminaries used in commercial and outdoor LED lighting applications that operate at high surge exposure levels. The 328 Series Fuse is the first and only 6.2x32mm fuse on the market that can withstand 20 hits of 10kA 8/20μs surge current.

  • High surge withstanding capability: can withstand 20 hits of 10kA 8/20μs surge current without nuisance trip; meets ANSI/IEEE Standard C62.41, Location Category C (High) requirements; meets requirements for US Dept. of Energy (DOE) MSSLC/CBEA street/parking lot lighting, elevated level
  • Compact (6.3x32mm) form factor with cartridge and axial-lead (pigtail) package options
  • High breaking capacity (interrupting rating): 200A@300VAC
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C
