Littelfuse SiC portfolio features a range of industry-grade discrete MOSFETs
with breakdown voltages from 900V to 1700V, Schottky diodes with blocking
voltage from 650V to 1700V, as well as multiswitch topologies in standard and
advanced discrete packages.Benefiting from the superior characteristics of
the SiC material, these devices exhibit a far lower specific Ron, a faster
switching behavior, and dramatically lower switching losses as compared
to their legacy equivalents based on silicon.
