SP1012 Series - 6.5pF, 15kV Bidirectional TVS Array

The Littelfuse miniature, five-channel, bidirectional SP1012 Series TVS Diode Array is designed for general-purpose electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It packs five ESD diodes in a 0402-size flipchip package that would normally contain only one, so it offers a 5x improvement over previous implementations, and helps circuit designers economize on both printed circuit board (PCB) space and costs. The bidirectional configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present.

Features:

  • Most ESD protection diodes per square millimeter
  • Promotes high ESD immunity and superior protection: ESD: IEC61000-4-2, ±15kV; Lightning: IEC61000-4-5, 3A; EFT: IEC61000-4-4, 40A
  • Very low dynamic resistance of 0.48Ω
  • Flexible ground connection; any I/O pad will work
  • Permits back-to-back 6V standoff
