The Littelfuse SP2574NUTG TVS Diode Array (SPA® Diode) protects high-speed, differential data lines from damage due to ESD, CDE, EFT, and lightning-induced surges. It can protect up to four channels or two differential pairs at up to 40A (IEC61000-4-5) and up to 30kV ESD (IEC61000-4-2). Its low capacitance (just 3.8pF TYP from I/O to ground) and low clamping voltage (15 percent lower at 40A than other competitive solutions) make it ideal for protecting high-speed data interfaces.
- Robust surge and ESD protection: Lightning, IEC61000-4-5, 40A (8/20µs); ESD, IEC61000-4-2, ±30kV contact/air; EFT, IEC61000-4-4, 40A
- Extremely low (0.13Ω) dynamic resistance
- Low capacitance: 3.8pF (TYP) from I/O to GND
