TVS Diode Array Product Category Image

TVS Diode Arrays

TVS diode arrays protect electronics from damage due to transient voltage surges and electrostatic discharges (ESDs). Littelfuse offers a variety of these surge protective devices (SPDs) in SOIC, DIP, flipchip, and other designs. Our lightning SPDs direct massive voltage surges from lightning strikes on outdoor equipment to ground. Our ultra-low capacitance TVS diodes provide ESD protection to data ports and cables. We also make SPDs specifically for automotive applications. Find your solution in our Circuit Protection Products Selection Guide.
Silicon Schottky diode rectifiers

Schottky (Si/SiC)

Silicon Schottky diode rectifiers produce very low forward voltage drops while serving as ac switches in power converts and switched-mode power supplies. The devices can also be used to control the flow of current to other protection diodes. Littelfuse makes almost 100 types of silicon Schottky diodes. Consult our Power Semiconductor Product Catalog to find the best solution for your application.
Littelfuse 6x25mm cartridge fuses

Cartridge Fuses

Littelfuse offers reliable overcurrent protection via our wide range of different cartridge fuses types and sizes. We have dependable solutions for applications such as automotive, agricultural, industrial, power generation, data centers, and residential systems. Available in a variety of cartridge fuse sizes and ampere ratings, these fuses are engineered to suit both standard and specialized needs. Different types of cartridge fuses—such as fast-acting, medium-acting, and time-delay—are ideal for specific application requirements. For example, automotive cartridge fuses often use color-coded thermoplastic housings, while solar power systems may use glass-body fuses. Choosing the right type ensures proper circuit protection and system performance.
Gate Drivers Product Category Image

Gate Drivers

Littelfuse offers advanced gate driver ICs designed to optimize the switching performance of IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC-MOSFETs in power electronics. Our gate driver solutions include IGBT drivers and optically isolated gate drivers engineered for fast turnoff and high-efficiency control. Ideal for use in inverters, rectifiers, and other solid-state applications, our gate drivers ensure precise, reliable operation across demanding conditions.
Varistors Product Overview Image

Varistors

Varistors provide transient voltage surge suppression in consumer electronics, household appliances, telecom equipment, and computers. The overvoltage protection devices shield semiconductors and other components from damage due to lightning strikes, and electrostatic discharges. Littelfuse produces metal oxide varistors (MOVs) in surface mount, thermally protected, and radial leaded configurations. In addition to AUMOV®, UltraMOV®, and TMOV® devices, we design specialty varistors to customers’ specifications.
Single phase MOSFET Module

MOSFET Modules

MOSFET modules combine fast recovery diodes with metal-oxide–semiconductor field effect transistors. The resulting solid state switches boast low-resistance and excellent dv/dt ruggedness. This makes the devices well-suited to performing high-speed switching operation while generating little noise or heat. Through its IXYS subsidiary, Littelfuse offers several types of MOSFET modules in single, dual, half-bridge, phase leg, triple phase leg, six-pack, and trench configurations.
MOSFETs (Si/SiC)

MOSFETs (Si/SiC)

Littelfuse offers a comprehensive range of silicon and silicon carbide MOSFETs engineered for high-efficiency current conversion, switching, and power factor correction (PFC). Our portfolio includes discrete power MOSFETs and MOSFET modules suited for rectifiers, inverters, and PFC circuits. With a wide selection of MOSFET packages and configurations, we provide both off-the-shelf and custom-designed solutions to meet the unique needs of industrial and commercial power systems.
NTC-probe-assemblies

NTC - Discrete Sensors

Littelfuse offers a variety of discrete negative temperature coefficient (NTC) sensors and thermistors for temperature sensing, temperature measuring, and process control applications. Our NTC sensor and thermistor portfolio includes bare chip, epoxy-coated, glass-coated chip, and surface mount devices. All boast high accuracy, long-term reliability, stability, and predictable performance in challenging environments.

TVS Diodes

Transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes defend against damage from overvoltage events by responding within picoseconds to shunt current to ground. The classic example of TVS diode use is protecting outdoor telecom equipment from lightning strikes. Littelfuse produces surface mount and leaded diodes and TVS diode arrays for that, as well as TVS diodes for cars, personal electronics, data cables, and household appliances.
