ZCase M10 Material Handling
Compact ZCASE® bolt down automotive fuses provide time-delayed overcurrent protection and short circuit protection in passenger and commercial vehicles. Several of the high-current fuses in this Littelfuse product portfolio can be used in EVs, hybrid vehicles, and material handling equipment. Typical applications for ZCASE fuses include protecting starters and alternators from large inrushes of current. We also offer ZCASE fuses in sealed packages so they can be installed on battery terminals without becoming damaged by battery acid or fumes.
  • Rated at 32 V dc and 80 V dc
  • Available with ampere ratings from 40 A to 600 A
  • Shunt versions available
  • Operate in temperatures ranging from –40 ℃ to +125 ℃ with terminals reaching 130 ℃ at contact points
  • Tin-plated copper terminals and ceramic insulating tubes
  • PPA-GF33HS housings with UL 94 flammability ratings of HB
