SQUARE SJ 90V | Series: SJ
SJ90 provides reliable overvoltage circuit protection for high frequency data transmission applications. The feature of ultra low capacitance and insertion loss improve reliability and integrity of high frequency data transmission.
Surface mount feature with small size (EIA 1812) will help to improve assembly process efficiency and save PCB surface space.
SJ series has very low capacitances and shows slight signal losses up to high frequencies in application of high frequency data lines.
