P0380SCLRP is designed to protect baseband
equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE and DSL equipments
from damaging overvoltage transients.
- Low voltage overshoot
- Recognized compound meeting flammability rating UL94V-0
- Low on-state voltage
- RoHS Compliant and Halogen-Free
- Component properties do not degrade after multiple surge events within its limits events within limit
- Pb-free E3 means 2nd level interconnect is Pb-free and the terminal finish material is tin(Sn) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609A.01)
- SMD low profile surface mount package minimizing PCB footprint
- Recognized to UL 497B as an Isolated Loop Circuit Protector
- Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage orcurrent
- Whisker test is conducted based on JEDEC JESD201A per its table 4a and 4c pass class 1 and 2
