The TPSMB Asymmetrical TVS Diodes are protect automotive SiC MOSFET gate driver (TPSMBxx05CA) from overvoltage events and can also be used for 12V system reverse battery protection (TPSMBxx12CA, TPSMBxx16CA and TPSMBxx18CA).
