The SMFA Asymmetric TVS Diode Series is designed specifically for SIC MOSFET gate protection for asymmetric voltages. It comes in SOD-123FL small and flat lead low-profile plastic package.

- Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current

- Low dynamic resistance
