SSRs and Optocouplers with Gyrators

These OptoMOS® multifunction products combine one optical isolated solid-state relay (SSR), an optocoupler, a 350V bridge rectifier, a 350V Darlington transistor and a zener diode in a single package.

Multifunction devices allow designers to consolidate circuit functions into a single device, freeing up valuable board space and reducing component count. These devices provide most of the major functions required when designing the analog tip/ring phone line interface part of the modem (DAA - Data Access Arrangement).
