The IXBOD2 series of breakover diodes (BODs) provides fast, voltage‑triggered switching for over‑voltage protection, triggering, and controlled energy discharge applications. Devices remain in a high‑impedance off‑state under normal operating conditions and transition rapidly to a low‑impedance conducting state when the specified breakover voltage is exceeded.
