Dual diode modules made by Littelfuse subsidiary IXYS feature alloyed die construction, low thermal impedance, and high overload capacity. These characteristics allow the solid state switches to withstand the harshest operating conditions while serving as rectifiers and dc motor controllers. Our dual diode modules come in many sizes and with a broad range of breaking voltage ratings up to 2.2 kV. The modules can be used with three-phase power inputs and for pulse width modulation applications.
Maximum reverse recovery blocking voltage (Vrrm) ratings from 800 V to 3.4 kV
Average forward current (Ifav) ratings from 35 A to 700 A
Maximum forward surge current (Ifsm) ratings from 600 A to 20 kA
Junction-to-case thermal resistance (Rthjc) ratings from 0.055 K/W to 1 K/W
Case-to-heat sink thermal resistance (Rthch) ratings from 0.04 K/W to 0.9 K/W
