Dual thyristor modules made by Littelfuse subsidiary IXYS control power in high-current applications. Common uses include rectifiers and solid state switches for ac motor soft starters, dc motor controllers, thermostats, and lighting controllers. We produce dual thyristor modules in many sizes and with a broad range of breaking voltages up to 2.2 kV. Each version comes in an international standard package and with a base that features high-reliability pressure contact technology.
