Series: Zero-Cross Turn-On Devices

The OptoMOS^® line of AC Power Relays use dual power SCR outputs to produce an alternative to optocoupler and Triac circuits. Tightly controlled zero-cross circuitry ensures switching of AC loads without the generation of transients.

These switches are robust enough to provide a blocking voltage of up to 800V ac peak. The input and output circuits are optically coupled to provide up to 5000V_RMS of galvanic isolation and noise immunity between control and load circuits. Long life and environmental integrity make these power switches ideal for controlling a variety of AC circuits in industrial environments where electromagnetic interference would disrupt the operation of electromechanical relays.
