As well as the traditional bar spring and indicator clamping system to support the full range of semiconductor devices, we also have a range of low cost, high quality bar clamps to complement the range of Littelfuse high power semiconductor capsules. This range of high quality, precision clamps have a maximum force of up to 5000kgf (50kN) and is ideally suited for semiconductor devices up to 75mm Poleface diameter (126mm capsule diameter).

A two-rod system is used with Belleville washers to give even clamping force on the device. The pre-calibrated indicator eliminates the need for any special tools or torque wrenches. The insulator material has been specially selected to ensure the best performance of dielectric and mechanical compressive strength and also allows for high temperature operation up to 190°C junction temperature.
