Speed Sensors

Speed and position sensors made by Littelfuse most often get used to collect data on the performance of wheels, transmissions, and camshafts and to share that information with control modules. Our sensors use magnetic actuators that attach to a rotating part. Relying on the Hall effect permits contactless monitoring and ensures long life of the sensor by eliminating friction. We offer off-the-shelf and custom-built sensors, and the devices can also be used in industrial applications such as adjusting the rate of conveyor belts.
