ZERO CROSS OPTICALLY ISO SCR 1 AMP 600V | Series: Zero-Cross Turn-On Devices
info

The OptoMOS® line of power products uses dual power SCR outputs to produce an alternative to optocoupler and TRIAC circuits. These switches provide a blocking voltage of up to 800 V. In addition, tightly controlled zero-cross circuitry ensures switching of ac loads without the generation of transients. The input and output circuits are optically coupled to provide up to 5000 Vrms of isolation and noise immunity between control and load circuits. Long life and environmental integrity make these power switches ideal for controlling a variety of ac circuits in industrial environments where electromagnetic interference would disrupt the operation of electromechanical relays.
