The CLA120E1200HB high-efficiency single thyristor represents the latest advancement in the discrete SCR product portfolio. The CLA120E1200HB is optimized for high current capability and a low forward voltage drop (VT), resulting in reduced on-state losses. This SCR offers the highest power density within a discrete package. It achieves average current of 120 A at a case temperature (Tc) of 105ºC. Due to its high current rating and low thermal resistance, the CLA120E1200HB targets to occupy a unique position in industrial applications, meeting competitive efficiency requirements.
