High-Voltage Fuses
Automotive high-voltage fuses protect circuits, batteries, and battery chargers in EVs and hybrid vehicles. Littelfuse makes these overcurrent protection devices in several configurations to allow as many applications as possible, including in EV charging stations. Each of our high-voltage automotive fuses employs diffusion pill technology to ensure reliable time-delayed performance.
TVS Diode Arrays
TVS diode arrays protect electronics from damage due to transient voltage surges and electrostatic discharges (ESDs). Littelfuse offers a variety of these surge protective devices (SPDs) in SOIC, DIP, flipchip, and other designs. Our lightning SPDs direct massive voltage surges from lightning strikes on outdoor equipment to ground. Our ultra-low capacitance TVS diodes provide ESD protection to data ports and cables. We also make SPDs specifically for automotive applications. Find your solution in our Circuit Protection Products Selection Guide.
SMD Autofuses
SMD autofuses perform the same overcurrent protection functions as automotive blade fuses. The difference for SMD autofuses is their configuration. Compact and optimized to mount on the surface of printed circuit boards, SMD autofuses deliver weight savings without compromising circuit protection.
Gate Drivers
Littelfuse offers advanced gate driver ICs designed to optimize the switching performance of IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC-MOSFETs in power electronics. Our gate driver solutions include IGBT drivers and optically isolated gate drivers engineered for fast turnoff and high-efficiency control. Ideal for use in inverters, rectifiers, and other solid-state applications, our gate drivers ensure precise, reliable operation across demanding conditions.
In-line Fuse Holders
In-line fuse holders install along wiring harnesses to put overcurrent protection in places where fuse blocks will not fit or where routing cables to a junction box would prove impractical. Littelfuse makes in-line fuse holders that fit most types of fuses used in automotive, industrial, lighting, telecommunications, and power generation and transmission applications. Off-the-shelf options include waterproof and indicating holders. We can also partner with you to design a customized in-line holder.
TVS Diodes
Transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes defend against damage from overvoltage events by responding within picoseconds to shunt current to ground. The classic example of TVS diode use is protecting outdoor telecom equipment from lightning strikes. Littelfuse produces surface mount and leaded diodes and TVS diode arrays for that, as well as TVS diodes for cars, personal electronics, data cables, and household appliances.
