Inverters/Rectifiers
Industrial electric motors need efficient ac and dc converters. This block diagram shows inverter and rectifier solutions Littelfuse supplies. Options include MOSFETs, IGBTS, and Schottky diodes. We also make gate drivers for power converters, ac fuses to protect semiconductors from overcurrents, and TVS diodes, multilayer varistors, and thyristors for voltage surge suppression and ESD protection.
