Ideal for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), circuit protection, battery switch, and main power break applications, the DCNEVT350 Series 1800V 350A High-Voltage DC Contactor Relay features a ceramic arc chamber, which allows higher contact voltage capability. The hermetically sealed contact chamber also protects all moving parts, allowing the EV contactor to be used in harsh automotive environments.

The automotive relay is designed with a coil economizer that reduces coil power and heating after the contactor is energized. Once the contactor is energized, it takes minimal coil power to keep the contacts closed due to pulse width modulation (PWM) reducing the average power delivered by pulsing the electrical signal.

Polarized contacts enable the high-voltage DC contactor to perform optimally amidst polarized electrical loads.

This model of the DCNEVT350 Series contactor for electric vehicles (DCNEVT350-C) comes with a sealed wire control connector and features a 24V dc coil voltage rating.
