The OptoMOS® line of Rapid Turn-On AC Power Relays utilize dual power SCR outputs and provide blocking voltages of up to 800Vp. The input and output circuits are optically coupled to provide up to 5000VRMS of galvanic isolation and noise immunity between control and load circuits. Long life and environmental integrity make these power switches ideal for controlling a variety of AC circuits in industrial environments where electromagnetic interference would disrupt the operation of electromechanical relays.
