The SZNS6AxxAF is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from high voltgage, high energy transients. This device had excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impendance and fast response time. The SZNS6AxxAF is ideally suited for use in computer hard disk drives, communication systems, automotive, numerical controls, process controls, medical equipments, business machines, power supplies and many other industrial/consumer applications.
